Research on mixing technology of trace component in feed

摘要 通过研究发现,传统方法预混料的承载性能较低;先加微量成分,再加大料的预混合方法可提高预混料的承载性能;而先加微量成分,再加油脂,最后放大料的预混方法,可最大地提高预混料的承载性能.以混合10 min,甲基紫做示踪物为例:传统混合方法的混合均匀度为5.11%,下落分级为6.36%,承载力为52.3%,第二种混合方法的混合均匀度为4.13%,下落分级为6.32%,承载力为73.6%,加油脂的混合方法混合均匀度为4.10%,下落分级为4.96%,承载力为90.3%。根据数据可以比较容易找到一种最好的混合方法,研究可为饲料的预混合提供新的途径。 Through the study found: Bearing rate of the first method is the lowest; the second methodcan improve bearing rate than the first method; and the third method can make carrying the highestrate. For example,mixed 10 minutes and methyl violet do oceanographer,the mixed uniformity of tra-ditional mixed methods is 5.11%, whereabouts grading evenness is 6.36%, and bearing capacity is52.3%).The second hybrid method for mixed uniformity is 4.13%, whereabouts grading evenness is6.32%,and bearing capacity is 73.6%. The third hybrid method for mixed uniformity is 4.10%, where-abouts grading evenness is 4.96%,and bearing capacity is 90.3%. So it can be obtained in definite con-clusion from results.The research can provide new ways to mix feed in advance.
