摘要
主要采用问卷调查法、走访座谈法、实地考察、逻辑分析和数理统计等科研方法。主要结论:全国武术馆校的发展走过了恢复、发展,规范3个阶段。全国武术馆校发展的类型大体可以分为以下几种类型:自办型,联办型,股份型。目前武术馆校发展的特点:主体意识强,责任明确;组织制度健全,封闭管理有力;办学条件改善,办学渠道多样;文武教学兼备,学生全面发展。当今武术馆校发展过程中存在的主要问题:武术馆校审核、审批不规范,发展失控;武术馆校的名称不规范,虚假广告严重;教材内容不统一,武术教练员水平偏低。今后武术馆校发展的基本对策:协调部门之间的关系,规范审批手续;加强管理力度,实行动态的等级管理办法。积极引导,大力扶植,充分调动竞赛的杠杆作用,使武术馆校既遵循教育规律,又遵循市场规律健康的发展。
Methods of questionnaire,interview,logical analysis and mathematical statistics were used in this paper.It is concluded that wushu schools in China came through three stages for their development that were resumption,development, and adjustment.The schools are invested and run either exclusively,by combination or by share.The schools are featured by strong independence and clear obligation,perfect organization and effective close-management,constantly improved conditions for running schools,and all-round development of students in both wushu and culture education. The problems existing in the schools running are examined followed by suggestions that management should be further reinforced to run the schools in principles of both education and market.
