江泽民作为党的第三代领导集体的核心 ,针对新的历史时期的新情况和新问题 ,形成了崭新的教育思想 ,包括教育方针、科教兴国战略、素质教育观、人才教育观、德育观、师德建设观等。江泽民的教育思想体系既丰富和发展了毛泽东邓小平的教育思想 ,又站在新世纪的高度 ,展望教育未来 ,体现了在“三个代表”思想统领下的与时俱进的创新精神。
