摘要
基于浙江安吉117个碳汇竹林种植户调研数据,采用三阶段DEA模型,全面系统分析碳汇竹林生产效率及其主要影响因素。结果表明:(1)碳汇竹林的综合效率为0.623,尽管较仅考虑竹材(笋)产出的综合效率均值0.490高出27.14%,但仍存在较大的提升空间。(2)剔除环境因素影响后,碳汇竹林的综合效率和纯技术效率分别提高12.46%和18.19%,规模效率略有下降,低效率区间效率值分布明显减少,这也反映三阶段DEA分析的合理性。(3)竹林结构对松弛变量具有显著正影响、专用肥投入比例和风险预期对松弛变量具有显著负影响;另外,家庭因素、立地条件、参与培训、政府补贴对松弛变量有负影响,地块细碎化程度对松弛变量有正影响。为提高碳汇竹林生产效率,未来需要采取规范生产、优化政策和推广技术等措施改善环境因素。
Base on the survey data of 117 bamboo forest growers participating in bamboo-forest-carbon-sinks project in Anji County of Zhejiang Province,the paper systematically analyzed the production efficiency of carbon sink bamboo forest and its main influencing factors based on three-stage DEA model.The results show that:(1) Technical efficiency of carbon sink bamboo forest is 0.623,that is higher 27.14% than the average technical efficiency of bamboo or bamboo shoots forest.However,the technical efficiency of carbon sink bamboo forest is at a relatively low level and needs to be further improvement.(2) After removing environmental factors,the technical efficiency and pure technical efficiency of carbon sink bamboo forest has increased by 12.46 percent and 18.19 percent,respectively,the scale efficiency has decreased slightly,and the distribution of efficiency values in the low efficiency range has decreased.This also reflects the rationality of the three-stage DEA analysis.(3) Bamboo forest structure has a significant positive impact on the slack variable,special fertilizer input ratio and risk expectation have a significant negative impact on the slack variable.In addition,family factors,site conditions,participation in training and government subsidies have a negative impact on the slack variables,the degree of land fragmentation have a positive impact on the slack variables.So,it is especially important to standardize production,optimize policies and promote technology in order to improve the production efficiency of carbon sink bamboo forest in future.
