摘要
目的研究婴儿湿疹患儿父母心理健康状况对母乳喂养及生活质量的影响。方法采用临床症状自评量表(SCL-90)对166名患儿父母进行调查,以同年龄、同性别正常儿父母作为配对对照,对其心理状态进行评定,将观察组与对照组、全国常模进行比较,并在父母之间进行比较。结果婴儿湿疹患儿父母SCL-90总分以躯体化、焦虑、抑郁、恐怖、敌对、偏执6个因子分值明显高于常模及对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),母亲组焦虑、抑郁、躯体化、恐怖因子分值明显高于父亲组(P<0.01),重症湿疹患儿母亲分值较高,且母乳喂养及生活质量较低。结论婴儿湿疹患儿父母心理健康状况不良,母亲较为显著,并进一步影响母乳喂养及生活质量,因此应为患儿父母,尤其是为母亲提供更多心理帮助和社会支持。
Objective:To explore the psychological state of the parents of infants with infantile eczema.Methods:The psychological state of the parents of 166 infants with infantile eczema was studied with SCL-90,and compared with that of the parents of normal infants and routine model.Results:The results showed that a few factors including somatization,depression,anxiety,and phobic anxiety in the SCL-90 in the parents of 83 infants with infantile eczema were remarkably higher than those of the parents of normal infants and in routine model(P<0.01).Mothers in infantile eczema group had much higher scores on anxiety,depression,somatization and phobic anxiety than fathers(P<0.01).Conclusion:The parents of infants with infantile eczema has lower psychological health level than that of normal healthy person.Breastfeeding rate and their quality of life were lower than those in the quality of life of normal infants and routine model.They should be more helped in psychology and society,particularly the mothers.
