摘要
为提升重型卡车牵引装置轻量化程度,方便客户携带和安装,采用整体优化和局部优化方法对某重卡中置牵引装置进行结构改进。应用有限元分析对牵引底座进行强度计算,对比6种工况下的安全因子并确定方案可行。
In order to improve the light weight of the heavy truck towing device, and facilitate customers to carry and install, the overall optimization and local optimization methods are used to improve the structure of a heavy truck mid-mounted traction device. The finite element analysis is used to calculate the strength of the traction base, and the safety factors under six working conditions are compared and the scheme is determined.
