摘要
为了降低胶带机拆除、安装对矿井生产、巷道掘进的影响以及减少岗位工数量及运输设备,研究了煤矿胶带机转弯装置,胶带机转弯装置主要由托辊组、中间架、支腿等部件组成。分析了煤矿胶带机转弯装置主要技术特点与性能,研究了胶带机转弯装置的保障措施。研究得出,该装备的研究减少第2部电滚筒运输、拆除工序,缩短了掘进工期,减少了人员投入,经济效益和社会效益显著。
In order to reduce the impact of belt machine removal,installation on mine production,roadway excavation,and reduce the number of jobs and transportation equipment,the turning device of coal mine tape machine is studied.The turning device of belt machine is mainly composed of supporting rollers,intermediate brackets and supporting legs.The main technical characteristics and performance of the turning device of the belt conveyor in coal mine are analyzed,and the safeguard measures of the turning device of the belt conveyor are studied.It is concluded that the research of the equipment reduces the second electric drum transportation and demolition process,shortens the tunneling time,reduces personnel investment,and achieves certain economic and social benefits.
