摘要
近年来,随着现代矿井无轨化运输的发展,掘进逐步实现胶带运输化。为了减少在掘进巷道运输系统中胶带输送机数目,本文依据"公路转弯处外高内低"的原理,通过对巷道转弯处胶带运行参数的理论分析与计算,改进加装转弯装置,从而实现利用一台胶带输送机完成整条巷道的掘进。经长期实践使用,装置安全可靠,经济效益显著。
In recent years,with the development of modern mine trackless transport,the tunneling with the tape transport has been gradually come true. In order to reduce the number of belt conveyor in coal roadway transportation system,according to the principle of'the road turning with out high and inside low',this paper is to calculate and analyze theoretically the tunnel belt running parameters at the corner to develop and install the turning device,so as to complete the entire roadway with only one belt conveyor. With significant economic benefits,the device is safe and reliable though long-term practice.
