摘要
小儿遗尿症是中医儿科临床较常见疾病,得不到及时治疗可能危害患儿及家长的身心健康。薛明新教授在多年的临床实践中,运用中医辨证推拿联合针刺三阴交穴治疗小儿遗尿症临床疗效显著,且复发率低。薛明新教授认为小儿遗尿症的病机多为下元虚寒、肾气不足、肺脾气虚、肝经湿热,与肝肾、膀胱、肺脾关系密切,中医推拿针刺治疗小儿夜遗尿疗效显著,主要作用机制是补患者肺脾肾之不足,调整机体阴阳平衡。
Pediatric enuresis is a common disease in TCM pediatrics.Without timely treatment,it may affect the physical and mental health of children and their parents.During years of clinical practice,professor Xue Mingxin has significant clinical effect in the treatment of pediatric enuresis in children by using TCM tuina according to syndrome differentiation combined with acupuncture Sanyinjiao(SP6),with a low recurrence.Professor Xue Mingxin believes that the pathogenesis of enuresis in children are mainly lower essence deficiency cold,kidney qi deficiency,lung-spleen qi deficiency,liver damp-heat,and have close relationship with liver,kidney,bladder,lung and spleen.TCM tuina and acupuncture has significant efficacy in the treatment of pediatric enuresis.The main mechanism is to compensate the deficiency of lung,spleen and kidney and adjust the balance of yin and yang.
