摘要
介绍邓跃毅教授从肝论治肾脏病的临床经验。认为肾脏病不仅责于肺脾肾,肝失疏泄亦为发病的重要因素;临证可从肝治肾,以清肝、平肝、疏肝为基本大法,肝经湿热证治以清肝泻热,阴虚阳亢证治以平肝柔肝,肝郁气滞证施以疏肝理气,疏肝法贯穿治疗始终。并举验案3则。
This paper introduces Professor Deng Yueyi’s experience in the treatment of kidney disease from the liver. It is believed that kidney disease is related not only with the lungs, spleen and kidneys, but also with the liver, for the failure of liver to convey and disperse is an important factor in the pathogenesis of kidney disease. Clinically, the kidney disease can be treated from the liver, with clearing liver, calming liver and soothing liver as the basic methods. For liver dampness, the method of clearing liver is used;for yin deficiency and yang hyperactivity, the methods of calming liver and softening liver are applied;for liver depression and qi stagnation, the methods of soothing liver and regulating qi are used. The method of soothing liver should be used throughout the treatment. And three proven cases are presented.
