摘要
“人才大战”映射出中国产业结构转型背景下各地区对不同层次人才的异质性需求,但目前学界关于人力资本异质性对产业结构升级的影响还有待实证研究。本文基于中国2001~2017年30个省市的面板数据,采用分位数回归模型从全国和区域层面实证分析人力资本异质性对产业结构升级的影响。结果发现,从全国范围看,初级人力资本抑制了产业结构升级,中、高级人力资本对产业结构升级的促进作用逐渐增强。从区域层面看,初、中、高级人力资本在不同分位点对三大经济区域产业结构升级的影响方向和大小存在明显差异。
The “war for talent” reflects the heterogeneous demands of different regions for talents at different levels under the background of China s industrial structure transformation. However, the current academic research on the impact of human ca pital heterogeneity on industrial structure upgrading remains to be empirically studied. Based on the panel data of 30 provinces and cities in China from 2001 to 2016, the impact of human capital heterogeneity on industrial structure upgrading is empirically ana lyzed from the national and regional levels by using the quantile regression model. The results show that, nationally, the primary human capital restrains the upgrading of industrial structure, and the promotion of intermediate and advanced human capital on in dustrial structure upgrading is increasing. From the perspective of sub-regions, there are distinct differences in the direction and degree of the impact of primary-intermediate-advanced human capital on industrial structure upgrading in the three major economic regions at different points.
