摘要 如何培养创新人才一直是大学生发展和培养的重要课题。通过多样化的课外科技引领活动,促进一二课堂融合,能够有效推动创新型大学生的培养工作。文章以北京化工大学机电工程学院三维建模大赛为例,积极探索学生创新能力和创新意识的培养与发展,为高校课外科技引领活动提供有益的参考。 How to train innovative talents has always been an important topic for the development and cultivation of college students.Through diversified extracurricular science and technology leading activities,to create one-two classroom links,can effectively promote the training of innovative college students.Taking the three-dimensional modeling contest of College of Mechanical and Electrical Engineering of Beijing University of Chemical Technology as an example,this paper actively explores the cultivation and development of students' innovative ability and innovative consciousness,and provides useful reference for extracurricular science and technology leading activities in colleges and universities.
