百年大计,教育为本;教育大计,教师为本。高校思政课教师是大学生健康成长的指导者和引路人,在引导学生树立科学的世界观、人生观、价值观方面具有不可或缺的作用。思政课教师的综合素质直接影响学生对思政课的获得感。提升思政课教师的综合素质,建立一支理想信念坚定、教学科研水平精湛、师德师风高尚的思政课教师队伍对提升学生思政课获得感有重要作用。
