不利天气对公路交通安全及交通流的影响研究综述 被引量:18

摘要 不利天气条件是影响公路交通安全和机动性的重要因素.在大数据环境下,为揭示不利天气事件对公路交通安全及交通流的影响模式,探索实时交通事故风险的征兆因子及其复杂关联关系,采取主动交通安全动态管理措施,结合近30年来相关实证研究,系统综述了与不利天气相关的交通安全及交通流问题.研究成果清晰表明雨、雾、冰、雪等不利天气事件大幅降低了公路通行能力及交通需求,增加了交通事故风险和行程时间,加剧了交通系统的不确定性.而交通流特征、交通事故风险和天气条件间的复杂关联关系及交互作用具有明显的空间异质性.不利天气对交通安全影响的研究正从被动“事后”统计分析转向主动“事前”风险防控.通过分析技术特征,提出该领域研究的重要关键问题在于不利天气条件下微观驾驶行为、数据驱动建模、影响模式移植和动态交通安全管理. Adverse weather conditions are an important factor affecting road traffic safety and mobility. Under the big data environment, in order to reveal the influence mode of adverse weather events on road traffic safety and traffic flow, the symptom factors of real-time traffic accident risk and their complex correlation were explored. Taking active traffic safety dynamic management measures and combining with relevant empirical research in the past 30 years, this paper systematically summarized traffic safety and traffic flow problems related to adverse weather. The research results clearly show that adverse weather events such as rain, fog, ice and snow have greatly reduced the highway capacity and traffic demand, but increased the risk of traffic accidents and travel time, increasing the uncertainty of the traffic system. However, the complex correlation and interaction among traffic flow characteristics, traffic accident risks and weather conditions have obvious spatial heterogeneity. The research on the impact of adverse weather on traffic safety is shifting from passive “post-event” statistical analysis to active “pre-event” risk prevention and control. Based on the analysis of technical characteristics, it is pointed out that the key issues in this field are microscopic driving behavior, data-driven modeling, impact model transplantation and dynamic traffic safety management under adverse weather conditions.
