摘要
咪唑类化合物具有广谱生物活性,在农药、医药、化工、材料等领域应用广泛.设计合成了25种1,3-咪唑啉类化合物,产物结构经1H NMR、13C NMR和IR确证,同时测定了目标化合物的杀菌活性.结果表明,在测试浓度下,大部分呈现中等至良好的活性,其中化合物D-24对油菜菌核病菌的抑制率为83.1%.
Imidazole derivatives have broad biological activity, and found wide application in fields of pesticide medicine, chemical industry and materials. A simple and efficient method to synthesize 1,3 -imidazolidines was described in this paper. The fungicidal activity of the obtained compounds was investigated. The results indicated that most of the compounds showed moderate to good activity at the test concentration. Compound D-24 showed 83.1% activity against S. sclerotiorum.
