摘要
以苯甲醛、水合肼为原料合成一种席夫碱,研究了其在5%的HCl中的缓蚀性能及缓蚀机理,并计算了相应的热力学数据.研究表明:该席夫碱是以抑制阳极腐蚀过程为主的混合型缓蚀剂,它在N80钢表面的吸附过程是吸热过程,其吸附行为符合Langmuir吸附等温式.
A Schiff base was synthesized using benzaldehyde and hydrazine hydrate as raw materials,its corrosion inhibition mechanism to N80 steel in acid medium is studied,and the corresponding thermodynamic data were calculated.The results show that the corrosion inhibitor controls the anodic corrosion process,its absorption on the surface of N80 steel is endothermic reaction,and its adsorption behavior follows Langmuir isotherm.
