摘要
介绍国内设计年产硫磺最少、所处环境温度最低的硫回收装置运行中出现的伴热系统温度低、硫磺堵塞、冷凝液和蒸汽排放浪费等一系列问题,通过保温伴热的改造优化、与合成氨装置蒸汽冷凝液系统联合优化改造等,实现硫回收环保装置的稳定、最优运行。
By introducing a series of problems in the operation of domestic sulfur recovery unit with both the lowest annual sulfur production and environmental temperature, such as sulfur blockage caused by low temperature in heat tracing system, waste of condensate and steam discharge, etc., several bottlenecks have been solved through technical reformation, such as optimization of heat preservation tracing and joint optimization with the steam condensate system in synthesis unit. An environment friendly sulfur recovery unit has been realized, and run under a stable and optimized condition.
