摘要
介绍了神华宁煤集团煤炭化学工业分公司25万t/a甲醇厂目前采用的三级克劳斯转化、三级冷凝硫回收工艺技术,结合生产实际情况,分析了生产过程中管线堵塞、反应器床层及管线积炭、硫磺回收率低等问题产生的原因,并从原料气的控制、生产操作参数等方面,提出了相应的改进措施。改进后,硫磺回收率由88.99%提高至96.50%,尾气中SO2含量也大大降低。
The technology of three-stage Claus conversion and three-stage condensation sulfur recovery process presently adopted by the 250 000 t/a methanol plant of the Coal Chemical Industry Branch Co., Ltd. of Shenhua Ningxia Coal Group were introduced. The cause of pipeline clogging, carbon deposit that happened to the reactor bed and pipelines, and the low sulfur recovery rate were analyzed. Such improvement measures as controlling the feed gas and production parameters, etc. were suggested. After the aforementioned revamping, the sulfur recovery rate increased from 88.99% to 96.50%, and the SO2 content in the tail gas was greatly reduced.
