摘要
本科应用型经管类人才应具备人才自我展示、灵活运用经管类专业知识、适应社会工作岗位以及可良好地同他人进行沟通与协作的能力.目前,我国应用型经管类本科教育的课程实施存在课程专业口径过窄过细、教学内容与实际联系有所欠缺、实践教学环节相对薄弱等问题,高校经管类专业应对教育领域的经典范式及其新理念、新方法进行参考,不断学习,有重点地制定改革措施,对核心课程做出相应调整,从创建教学内容动态调整机制、以学生为中心整体规划与设计课程、改革教学方法、搭建保险实践教学内容以及设保险实践基地等方面努力,达到经管类专业建设的总体目标.
The undergraduate applied economic and management talents should possess the abilities of talent self-display, flexible use of professional knowledge of economic and management, adapting to social work posts and good communication and collaboration with others. At present, there are some problems in the curriculum implementation of applied undergraduate education of economics and management in China, for example, curriculum specialty is too narrow, lack of links between teaching content and practice, and relatively weak practical teaching links. The major of economics and management in colleges and universities should refer to the classical paradigm, new concepts and new methods in the field of education, study constantly, formulate reform measures with empha- sis, and make recommendations for the core curriculum. Corresponding adjustments should be made to achieve the overall goal of the construction of economics and management specialty by creating a dynamic adjustment mechanism of teaching contents, student-cen- tered overall planning and design courses, reforming teaching methods, building insurance practice teaching contents and building in- surance practice bases.
