摘要
以安徽大学国家级经济管理实验教学示范中心的实践教学改革为背景,针对经管类专业应用型创新人才培养对实践教学的要求,文章提出应确立符合应用型创新人才培养规律的"1234"实践教学改革思路,构建满足应用型创新人才能力提升需要的"3334"实践教学体系,推进彰显应用型创新人才培养特色的实验教学方法和手段的"3"个转变。
The paper first analyzes the practical teaching reform of national economic management practical teaching demonstrating center of Anhui University and the requirements for cultivating the students majoring in economics and management into the talents with application and innovation ability. To comply with the law of fostering the talents, it suggestes that the '1234' practice teaching reform thoughts should be established, the '3334' practical teaching systems should be constructed to promote the ablity of practical and innovative talents, and the '3' transformations of the practical teaching approches featuring in cultivating the practical and innovative talents should be advanced.
