摘要
随着社会的进步和人类对清洁能源认识的不断提高,核电事业正在蓬勃发展。但是核电厂金属材料的流动加速腐蚀(FAC)一直困扰机组,影响机组的安全运行,如何减少金属材料流动加速腐蚀显得尤为重要。论文对流动加速腐蚀的产生机理、电厂真实案例以及如何合理地设计管道、选择材料来预防FAC等方面进行介绍。
With the progress of society and the increasing awareness of clean energy,nuclear power is developing vigorously.However,the flow accelerated corrosion(FAC)of metal materials in nuclear power plant has always been a problem for the unit,which affects the safe operation of the unit.How to reduce the flow accelerated corrosion of metal materials is particularly important.This paper introduces the mechanism of flow-accelerated corrosion,the real case of power plant,and how to design pipelines reasonably and select materials to prevent FAC.
