摘要
                
                    基于水利工程建设质量评定规范和标准,对多层级质量评定等级运用二元权重指标比较法和模糊综合理论进行分析,从而得到了不同标准下的级别特征值。然后以辽宁省某水利工程项目为研究对象,验证了该方法的可行性与科学性,可为提升投资建设单位对工程质量的管理能力和质量提升优化方案的制定提供一定参考依据。
                
                Based on the evaluation standards of water conservancy project construction quality, the binary weight index comparison method and fuzzy comprehensive theory are used to analyze the multilayer quality evaluation grade, accordingly, level eigenvalues under different standards are obtained .Then, taking a water conservancy project in Liaoning Province as the objective studied, the feasibility and scientificity of this method are verified, which will provide a certain reference accordance for the investment construction unit to improve the management capability of project quality and the quality promotion optimization scheme.
