摘要
目的分析阴道炎采用制霉菌素阴道胶囊与乳酸菌阴道胶囊联合治疗的临床疗效。方法选取100例该院2017年1月—2018年9月期间收治的阴道炎患者,分为研究组和对照组,各50例,对照组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,研究组在此基础上加用制霉菌素阴道胶囊治疗,比较两组治疗的临床效果及阴道炎复发率。结果研究组治疗有效率为96.0%,对照组有效率为80.0%,组间差异有统计学意义(χ^2=6.061,P<0.05)。研究组阴道炎复发率为2.0%,显著低于对照组的18.0%,差异有统计学意义(χ^2=7.111,P<0.05)。结论制霉菌素阴道胶囊与乳酸菌阴道胶囊结合治疗,能够有效缓解阴道炎患者临床症状,提高治疗效果,降低患者的疾病复发率,可推广应用。
Objective To analyze the clinical efficacy of necrotizing vaginal capsule combined with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule in the treatment of vaginitis. Methods 100 patients with vaginitis admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to September 2018 were enrolled. The patients were divided into study group and control group. The control group was treated with lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule. The research group added on this basis with nystatin vaginal capsule treatment, comparing the clinical effects of the two groups of treatment and the recurrence rate of vaginitis. Results The effective rate of the study group was 96.0%, and the effective rate of the control group was 80.0%. The difference between the groups was significant(χ^2 =6.061, P<0.05). The recurrence rate of vaginitis in the study group was 2.0%, which was significantly lower than that of the control group (18.0%). There was a statistical difference (χ^2 =7.111, P <0.05). Conclusion The combination of nystatin vaginal capsule and lactic acid bacteria vaginal capsule can effectively alleviate the clinical symptoms of vaginitis patients, improve the therapeutic effect, and reduce the recurrence rate of patients.
