摘要
目的研究硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗阴道炎的临床效果。方法88例阴道炎患者,依据治疗方式不同分为实验组和对照组,每组44例。对照组采用乳酸菌阴道胶囊治疗,实验组在对照组基础上增加硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊治疗。对比两组患者的临床疗效,不良反应发生率,治疗6、12个月后阴道炎复发率,白细胞计数、降钙素原、血清C反应蛋白水平。结果实验组患者治疗总有效率95.45%高于对照组的81.82%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗6、12个月后,实验组患者阴道炎复发率分别为4.55%、9.09%,均低于对照组的18.18%、25.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。实验组患者白细胞计数、降钙素原、血清C反应蛋白水平均低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对阴道炎患者采用硝呋太尔制霉菌素阴道软胶囊联合乳酸菌阴道胶囊进行治疗具有更加显著的临床效果,且未增加不良反应,患者炎性指标改善明显,疾病的复发率也得到良好的控制。
Objective To study the clinical effect of nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsule combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsule in the treatment of vaginitis.Methods A total of 88 cases of vaginitis patients were divided into experimental group and control group according to different treatment methods,with 44 cases in each group.The control group was treated with lactobacillus vaginal capsule,and the experimental group was treated with nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,incidence of adverse reactions,recurrence rates of vaginitis,white blood cell count,procalcitonin,and serum C-reactive protein levels after 6 and 12 months of treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate 95.45%in the experimental group was higher than 81.82%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).After 6 and 12 months of treatment,the recurrence rates of vaginitis in the experimental group were 4.55%and 9.09%,which were lower than 18.18%and 25.00%in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The white blood cell count,procalcitonin and serum C-reactive protein levels in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Nifuratel nysfungin vaginal soft capsule combined with lactobacillus vaginal capsule has more significant clinical effects in vaginitis patients,which can significantly improve the patients'inflammatory indexes and control the recurrence rate without increasing adverse reactions.
