摘要
全面实施创新创业教育是国家医学创新发展战略需要,是提升医学生培养质量的重要途径。分析医学生创新创业教育中存在教学体系系统性有待完善、实践活动实效性不强、评价驱动功利化倾向等问题,通过树立科学合理的教育理念,从构建"专业通识"教育相结合课程体系、"人才培养地方发展"相融合的实践体系、构建"育人服务"相协同的评价体系,探索医学生创新创业教育发展路径。
Comprehensive implementation of innovation and entrepreneurship education is the strategic requirement of national medical innovation and development and an important way to improve the quality of medical students training.It is pointed out the problems in innovative entrepreneurship education for medical students,such as the imperfection of teaching system,the ineffectiveness of practical activities,and the tendency of utilitarianism driven by evaluation.It is suggested that we should set up scientific and reasonable educational concept,construct a curriculum system of innovation and entrepreneurship education combining specialty with general knowledge,apractical training system integrating talent cultivation with local development,and an evaluation system of innovation and entrepreneurship service in coordination with university education and social service,so as to explore the development path of innovation and entrepreneurship education for medical students.
