摘要
产品伤害风险测度是对产品伤害风险进行量化分析的前提和必要条件.本文结合我国产品伤害监测数据的特点,提出了一种新的产品伤害风险测度模型.我们将产品伤害风险分解为产品伤害发生的可能性和产品伤害后果的严重性两个要素,借鉴金融风险的测度模式,采用产品伤害概率分布的分位数来量化产品伤害后果的严重程度,并在产品伤害后果的严重性因素中引入影响扩散因子,在此基础上构建了我国产品伤害风险测度模型.最后,论文对各类产品的伤害风险测度进行了比较分析.
Product injury risk measurement is the prerequisite for quantified risk analysis of product injury.This paper proposes a novel product injury risk measurement model on the basis of the characteristics of product injury monitoring data in China.It factorizes the product injury risk into two important elements,probability of injury occurrence and severity of injury.Similar to financial risk assessment model,quantile of product injury probability distribution is adopted to quantify product injury severity,and the influence diffusing factor is also introduced in the injury risk measurement model.At last,it presents a comparative analysis of different types of product injury risks.
