摘要
目的分析老年冠心病(CHD)二级预防用药的依从性及其干预措施,以便为临床提供参考。方法选择2015年10月-2018年10月温县第二人民医院收治的老年CHD患者200例进行分组研究,以随机数表法分为两组,每组100例。对照组予以常规二级预防用药方案处理,观察组则加用针对性干预措施处理,主要从健康教育、医患关系、医务人员重视程度及治疗措施优化等方面处理。两组患者均随访半年以上,调查两组用药依从性,检测治疗前与随访半年时血压、血脂指标,并比较。结果观察组用药依从性高达93.00%,显著高于对照组78.00%(P<0.05);两组治疗前血压与血脂指标无显著差异(P>0.05),随访半年时观察组收缩压、舒张压、总胆固醇、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白均明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论老年CHD患者二级预防用药期间积极做好加用针对性干预措施,一方面可以提高患者的用药依从性,另一方面对改善患者的血压与血脂指标也有价值,值得应用。
Objective To analyze the compliance and intervention measures of secondary prevention drugs for elderly patients with coronary heart disease (CHD),so as to provide reference for clinical practice.Methods 200 elderly CHD patients admitted to wen county Second People's Hospital from October 2015 to October 2018 were selected and divided into two groups with 100 cases in each group by random number table method.The control group was treated with routine secondary prevention medication scheme,while the observation group was treated with targeted intervention measures,mainly from the aspects of health education,doctor-patient relationship,medical staff attention and treatment measures optimization.The two groups of patients were followed up for more than half a year.The medication compliance of the two groups was investigated.Blood pressure and lipid indexes before treatment and during the follow-up for half a year were detected and compared.Results The medication compliance of the observation group was 93.00%,significantly higher than that of the control group (78.00%)(P < 0.05).There was no significant difference in blood pressure and lipid index between the two groups before treatment (P > 0.05). Systolic blood pressure,diastolic blood pressure,total cholesterol,triacylglycerol and low density lipoprotein in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group after follow-up for half a year (P < 0.05).Conclusion Active application of targeted intervention measures during secondary prevention medication for elderly CHD patients can improve the medication compliance of patients on the one hand,and improve the blood pressure and blood lipid indexes of patients on the other hand,which is worthy of application.
