摘要
高技术服务业是科技发展和经济服务化的产物,是高技术产业的重要组成部分和经济增长的引擎。通过对高技术服务业内涵、行业分类和特点等方面分析,掌握高技术服务业基本概况。在此基础上,分析福建省高技术服务业发展现状,得出福建省高技术服务业总体规模小、对经济带动力不足的结论,具体包括缺乏整体规划、区域发展不平衡、企业主体地位没有确立、人才资源问题突出等四方面问题。据此,提出福建省发展高技术服务业的对策建议。
High-tech service industry is the product of technological development and economic service, an important part of high-tech industry and an engine of economic growth.Through the analysis of the connotation of high-tech service industry, industry classification and characteristics, the basic situation of high-tech service industry has been mastered.On this basis, the status quo of the development of high-tech service industry in Fujian Province was analyzed and the following results were obtained.The overall scale of high-tech service industry in Fujian Province is small and lacks motivation for the economy.The details include lack of overall planning, imbalance of regional development, lack of establishment of the main body of enterprises, and outstanding problems of human resources.Based on this, some countermeasures and suggestions for the development of high-tech service industry in Fujian Province were proposed.
