摘要
基于高技术产业知识产权创造评价理论,选取2007—2016年的省际数据,对福建省与相邻省份的高技术产业知识产权创造能力进行对比研究;以4个层面、20个指标建立了评价体系,对影响福建省高技术产业知识产权创造能力的因素进行分析评价,并为提升福建省高技术产业知识产权的创造能力提出建议。
Based on the evaluation theory of intellectual property creation in high-tech industry,this paper selects the provincial data from 2007 to 2016,and carries out a comparative study on the intellectual property creation ability of high-tech industry between Fujian and adjacentprovinces.Meanwhile,the paper analyzes and evaluates factors that affect the intellectual property creation ability of high-tech industry in Fujian from the evaluation system of 4 levels and 20 indexes.Finally,some concrete suggestions are presented in order to promote the intellectual property creation ability of high-tech industry in Fujian.
