摘要
目的:观察艾灸神阙、关元穴治疗男性不育症的临床疗效与穴区温度的相关性。方法:将102例男性不育症患者随机分为艾灸组50例与安慰灸组52例,选取神阙、关元穴,艾灸组行真艾灸治疗12周,安慰灸组行安慰艾灸治疗12周,两组均在首次艾灸和末次艾灸时检测两穴灸前、灸后的穴区温度。结果:经治疗12周后,艾灸组患者配偶怀孕率高于安慰灸组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗结束后随访10个月,艾灸组配偶怀孕率显著高于安慰灸组(P<0.05),且艾灸组疗效显著优于安慰灸组疗效(P<0.05);治疗12周后,艾灸组精子浓度优于安慰灸组(P<0.05),而两组a级精子活力、a+b级精子活力差异无明显改善(P>0.05);两组神阙穴和关元穴灸后温度均高于各自的灸前温度(P<0.05),而经12周治疗后两组两穴灸前温度与首次治疗时灸前温度相比差异无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论:艾灸可显著提升患者的精子浓度,提高患者配偶受孕机率,对男性不育症有明显的治疗效果;研究尚未发现艾灸治疗男性不育症的临床疗效与穴位温度之间的相关性。
Objective: To observe the correlation between the clinical efficacy of moxibustion on CV8 and CV4 treating male infertility and the two acupoints temperature. Methods: 102 male infertility patients were randomly divided into the real moxibustion group( n =50) and the placebo moxibustion group( n =52). CV8 and CV4 were selected to do the moxubustion. The moxibustion intervention was 12 weeks. The acupoints temperature were examined before and after the moxibustion in the first moxibustion and the last moxibustion in the two groups. Results: After 12 weeks of treatment, the pregnancy rate of the real moxibustion group was higher than that of the placebo moxibustion group, but there was no significant difference( P >0.05). After 10 months of follow-up, the pregnancy rate of the spouse was significantly higher in the real moxibustion group than that in the placebo moxibustion group( P < 0.05), and the effect of the real moxibustion group was significantly better than that of the placebo moxibustion group( P <0.05). After 12 weeks of treatment, the sperm concentration of moxibustion group was higher than that of placebo moxibustion group( P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in sperm motility of grade a and grade a+b between the two groups( P >0.05). The two points temperature after the moxibustion was higher than that of before the moxibustion in the two groups( P <0.05), but there was no significant difference in the temperature before the moxibustion between the two groups after 12 weeks treatment( P >0.05). Conclusion: Moxibustion can significantly increase the sperm concentration of the patients, improve the pregnancy probability of the spouses, it has obvious therapeutic effect on male infertility. This study has not found out the correlation between the clinical efficacy of moxibustion on male infertility and acupoint temperature.
