摘要
对南阳市城区蒿属植物资源的多样性和分布进行调查,并对部分蒿属植物的叶表皮特征进行比较.结果表明:(1)南阳市白河湿地公园、梅城公园、人民公园、南阳师范学院和南阳医学高等专科学校区域共有6种野生蒿属植物分布,分别是蒙古蒿、野艾蒿、南毛蒿、艾、黄花蒿和矮蒿,其中以野艾蒿、黄花蒿和蒙古蒿分布较多,南毛蒿局部零星分布.(2)对野艾蒿、艾、蒙古蒿、南毛蒿4种蒿属植物的叶形态特征比较分析,发现4种蒿属植物叶上下表皮细胞主要为多边形和不规则形,气孔器主要分布在下表皮,垂周壁式样有波浪状、平直、波纹状三种类型,下表皮毛存在差异.
This study investigated the diversity and distribution of Artemisia plant resources in Nanyang city,and compared the leaf epidermis characteristics of some Artemisia plants.The results showed that:(1)There are 6 wild Artemisia species distributing in Baihe Wetland Park,Meicheng Park,People’s Park,Nanyang Normal University and Nanyang Medical College,including Artemisia mongolica,Artemisia lavandulifolia,Artemisia chingii,Artemisia argyi,Artemisia annua,and Artemisia feddei.Among which,Artemisia lavandulifolia,Artemisia annua and Artemisia mongolica are widely distributed,and Artemisia chingii is sporadically distributed in some parts.(2)Microscopic observation of the collected specimens by comparing the morphological characteristics of the leaf epidermis,it is found that the epidermal cells on the leaves of the 4 species of Artemisia including Artemisia lavandulifolia,Artemisia chingii,Artemisia mongolica,Artemisia argyi,which are mainly polygonal and irregular;stomatal apparatus is mainly distributed in the lower epidermis,and the pattern of the vertical wall is wavy,straight and corrugated,while the fur on the lower surface is different.
