摘要
由于传统的变更技术会存在变更效率低等一些不足,本文提出了BIM模型快速变更技术研究。首先,对BIM模型快速变更技术进行设计,然后,从设计阶段的坐标参数变更、施工阶段的工程量变更和运维阶段的快速变更三个方面,对如何实现该快速变更技术的应用进行了阐述。最后,通过实验对提出的BIM模型快速变更技术和传统技术进行了对比,结果表明,提出的BIM快速变更技术的变更效率更高。
Because the traditional change technology has some shortcomings,such as low efficiency of change,based on this,the BIM model rapid change technology research is proposed.Firstly,the rapid change technology of BIM model is designed.Then,the application of the rapid change technology is expounded from three aspects:the coordinate parameter change in the design stage,the quantity change in the construction stage and the rapid change in the operation and maintenance stage.Finally,the proposed BIM model rapid change technology and traditional technology are compared through experiments.The results show that the proposed BIM rapid change technology has higher change efficiency.
