摘要
为满足籽瓜的深加工和挖瓤的工作要求,基于离散元法,借助EDEM软件,模拟分析了籽瓜挖瓤的工作过程,研究了挖刀与籽粒和瓜肉的受力情况,并通过仿真过程可视化,得出了挖瓤刀对瓜瓤的相互作用以及运动规律。该研究可为籽瓜挖瓤机的优化设计提供参考。
In order to meet the requirements of deep processing and digging of seed watermelon, the digging process of seed watermelon is simulated and analyzed based on the discrete element method and the EDEM software in this paper. Force of digging tool and the grain and melon meat is studied;the interaction and movement law of digging tool on the pulp are obtained through visualization of the simulation process. The research can provide reference for optimum design of the seed watermelon pulp-excavated machine.
