摘要
采用火焰原子吸收法、高效液相色谱法和紫外可见吸收光谱法对籽瓜的瓜皮、瓜瓤和瓜籽分别进行了微量元素与维生素含量的测定分析。结果表明,籽瓜的瓜籽部分富含钾、钙、镁、铁、锌、硒等微量元素,籽瓜皮和籽瓜瓤也含有较多的钾、钙、镁等微量元素;瓜籽中维生素D和维生素B6、维生素E、维生素B2含量相对较高,而瓜皮和瓜瓤中维生素C含量相对较高。
The contents of microelements and vitamins in peel, pulp and seed of seed melon were determined separately by flame atomic absorption, High performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) and UV-Vis absorption spectroscopy. As a result, the seed contained abundant microelements such as potassium, calcium, magnesium, iron, zinc and selenium. In peel and pulp, the potassium, calcium and magnesium were also plentiful. The contents of vitamin D and vitamin B6 in seed were relatively high as well as vitamin E and vitamin B2. The content of vitamin C was relatively high in melon peel and pulp. Accordingly, the above analysis offered a good way for the exploration and development of local resources.
