摘要
当前,我国处在新经济时代发展背景中,传统制造业转型升级中关键的生产要素就是工业大数据。工业大数据为工业领域进行智能制造期间产生的全部价值链以及产品全生命周期的每一过程数据,涵盖内容众多,包括智能装备生产期间形成的机器数据、企业内部信息系统产生的业务数据、外部数据(由产业链、互联网、用户、经济社会环境等形成)。文章基于工业大数据概念以及特征分析,探究工业大数据发展态势,阐述工业大数据的典型应用。
Currently, China is in the context of the development of the new economic era, the key factor in the transformation and upgrading of traditional manufacturing industry is industrial big data. Industrial big data during intelligent manufacturing in the industrial sector, generating all value chain and product life cycle of every process data, covering a wide range of content, including intelligent equipment production during the formation of machine data, internal information systems generated business data, external data(formed by industry chain, Internet, users, economic and social environment, etc.). Based on the concept of industrial big data and characteristic analysis, this paper explores the development trend of industrial big data and expounds the typical application of industrial big data.
