摘要
利用X射线衍射(XRD)、光学电子显微镜(OM)、扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析(EDS)、硬度测试及拉伸实验等方法研究了不同退火工艺对AM80镁合金组织及性能的影响。结果表明,退火处理前后AM80镁合金均由α-Mg基体、Mg17Al12相、MgZn相组成。退火处理后,第二相主要以层片状析出。随着退火温度的升高,第二相完全析出的时间变短,随着退火时间的延长,第二相析出数量增多,直至完全析出。退火处理后,合金硬度、强度及延伸率大部分比铸态高。430℃退火6h后合金硬度为80.11HB,抗拉强度为167.02MPa,延伸率为2.68%,此退火工艺为最佳工艺。退火处理前后合金均为脆性断裂。
The effects of different annealing processes on the microstructure and properties of AM80 magnesium alloy were studied by X-ray Diffraction (XRD), Optical Microscopy (OM), Scanning Electron Microscopy (SEM), Energy Dispersive Spectroscopy (EDS), hardness test, and tensile test. The results showed that the AM80 magnesium alloy was composed of α-Mg matrix, Mg 17 Al 12 phase, and MgZn phase before and after annealing. After the annealing treatment, the second phase was mainly precipitated in the form of a sheet. With the increase of the annealing temperature, the time for the complete precipitation of the second phase becomes shorter. With the extension of the annealing time, the amount of the second phase precipitation increases until it completely precipitates. After annealing treatment, the hardness, strength. and elongation of the alloy are mostly higher than that of the as-cast state. After annealing at 430 ℃ for 6 h, the hardness of the alloy is 80.11 HB, the tensile strength is 167.02 MPa, and the elongation is 2.68%. Thus this annealing process is the best one. In addition, the alloy was brittle fracture before and after annealing.
