摘要
研究了T61热处理工艺和过热度对AM60镁合金显微组织及力学性能的影响。结果表明:随着过热度的降低,枝晶生长受到抑制,晶粒变细小;在热处理过程中,β相在α相内的固溶以及在晶内和晶界上的析出改善了AM60镁合金的显微组织,同时AM60镁合金的力学性能有了较大的改善。
The effects of superheat and T61heat treatment process on microstructure and mechanical properties of AM60magnesium alloy were studied here.The results show that the superheat and heat treatment process have much effects on microstructure and mechanical properties of AM60magnesium alloy.As the superheat down,the growth of dendritic grains were restrained,the grains became smaller.And during the heat treatment ,the solution ofβphase inαphase and its precipitation in grain inside and grain boundaries can improve the microstructure of AM60magnesium alloy.Correspondingly,the mechanical properties of AM60magnesium alloy are improved.
