摘要 采用有限元数值模拟研究7050铝合金H型截面构件淬火过程残余应力大小、分布及规律。研究结果表明:构件截面淬火后残余应力的分布情况为:表层受拉应力,芯部受压应力。构件截面在X方向上的淬火残余应力主要集中在过渡圆角区域、筋顶以及腹板区域。其中构件截面过渡圆角区表面出现最大压应力,为-114MPa;过渡圆角芯部区域出现最大拉应力,为68MPa。构件截面在Y方向上的淬火残余应力主要出现在过渡圆角区表面、筋外壁及筋芯部位置。其中最大压应力和最大拉应力也分别出现在过渡圆角区表面及芯部,分别为-114MPa和79MPa。 The finite element numerical simulation is used to study the residual stress, distribution and regularity of 7050 aluminum al. loy H-section members during quenching process.The results show that the distribution of residual stress after quenching of forgings is as follows: the tensile stress of the surface layer and the compressive stress of the core. The quenching residual stress of the forging sec. tion in the X direction is mainly concentrated in the transition fillet area, the rib top and the web area. Among them, the maximum compressive stress appeared on the surface of the rounded corner of the forging section, which was - 114 MPa;the maximum tensile stress appeared in the core region of the transitional fillet, which was 68 MPa. The quenching residual stress of the forging section in the Y direction mainly appears on the surface of the transition fillet, the outer wall of the rib and the core of the rib. The maximum compressive stress and the maximum tensile stress also appear on the surface and core of the transition fillet, respectively -114 MPa and 79 MPa.
