大位移井抗高温低摩阻钻井液室内研究 被引量:11

Laboratory Study on High Temperature and Low Friction Drilling Fuid for Extended Reach Well Drillings

摘要 在大位移井钻井过程中,水基钻井液的润滑效果是制约开发效率的一个难题,其性能优劣对钻具与井壁间的扭矩、摩阻及井壁稳定性和井眼清洁有着重要影响。通过对高分子脂肪酸改性制备了一种高效润滑剂NC-1,该润滑剂具有润滑性优良、抗温性好、抗摩阻系数高等特点。进一步结合抑制剂、降滤失剂、封堵防塌剂构建了一套抗高温低摩阻水基钻井液体系:2%膨润土浆+0.3%烧碱+0.2%NaCO3+0.4%PLUS+0.3%XC+3%SMP-2+3%SPNH+5%KCl+10%NaCl+2%NC-1+3%聚胺+3%防塌剂+重晶石(以上配方均为质量分数)。该水基钻井液润滑系数低至0.07,黏滞系数低至0.09,抗磨能力达到10块砝码,滚动回收率和体积防膨率均达到95%以上,高温高压线性防膨率达80%以上,其润滑降摩阻和抑制黏土水化膨胀能力显著,且能抗160℃高温,流变性较好,高温高压滤失量低于10mL。 In the drilling process of extended reach well drillings,the lubrication effect of water-based drilling fluid is a difficult problem that restricts its development efficiency.It has an important influence on the frictionand torque between the drilling tool and the borehole wall.Therefore,a high-efficiency lubricant NC-1 is prepared through laboratory experiments,which has the characteristics of excellent lubricity,good temperature resistance and high anti-friction coefficient;Further combined with inhibitor,filterreducing agent and plugging agent,a set of anti-high temperature and low friction water-based drilling fluid system is developed.The water-based drilling fluid has a lubrication coefficient as low as 0.07,a viscosity coefficient is as low as 0.09,an anti-wear capacity is 10 weights.The rolling recovery rate and the volume anti-expansion rate are both above 95%,and its lubrication and friction resistance and suppression ability are significant,the drilling fluid system has good rheology and can resist 160℃.Its high temperature and high pressure filtration loss is less than 10 mL,which has the advantages of high temperature resistance,low friction,strong inhibition and low fluid loss.
