摘要
水平井大多采用筛管完井,在筛管内外都会滞留钻井液。在开采过程中,滞留的钻井液和岩屑床会堵塞筛管孔眼,影响水平井的开发效果。通过研究,确定使用无粘土有机盐洗井完井液,并通过制定新的施工工艺,在下套管前进行洗井施工,在吐哈油田温平5-84和神平275井应用效果明显。该洗井液能有效地携带出钻屑与砂子,减少了钻井液对储层的浸泡时间和井底钻具的腐蚀。
Well completions with screen pipe are mostly used in horizontal wells. Drilling fluids may remain inside and outside the screen pipe. During development, drilling fluids and cuttings beds remained in horizontal wells may block the screen hole, which affects the development effect of the horizontal well. Through study, well - flushing and completion fluids made of organic salts without solids are determined to be applied to horizontal wells, its application in well W5 -84 and Shen275 in Tuha oilfield has taken a good effect by working out a novel process and flushing well before casing running. The fluids can effectively take out of drilling cuttings and sand; which reduces the time reservoir was soaked by drilling fluid and corrosion to downhole drilling tools.
