树体结香前后白木香叶精油含量及成分变化分析 被引量:3

Analysis on the Changes of Essential Oil Content and Composition of Aquilaria sinensis Leaves before and after Resin Formation

摘要 采用同时蒸馏萃取法提取白木香叶精油,并通过GC-MS分析树体结香前和结香后白木香叶精油含量及成分变化。研究表明:树体结香前白木香叶精油质量分数为1.626%,结香后为1.473%。从结香前白木香叶精油中检测到16个峰鉴定出11种挥发性成分,含量最高的是6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮;结香后白木香叶精油检测到46个峰鉴定出33种挥发性成分,含量最高的是6,10,14-三甲基-2-十五烷酮,精油中增加了多种带香气的物质。树体结香前白木香叶精油含量较结香后高;两种白木香叶挥发油中有4种相同的成分,结香后白木香叶挥发油成分明显比较复杂。 The essential oil is extracted by simultaneous distillation extraction, and the volatile components are analyzed by GC-MS. The results show that the extraction rate of essential oil is1.626% before resin formation and1.473% after resin formation;11 volatile components are identified from16 peaks of essential oil from the leaves of Aquilaria sinensis before resin formation;33 volatile components are identified from 46 peaks of essential oil from Aquilaria sinensis after resin formation;more Aroma substances are found;the essential oil content of the Aquilaria sinensis leaves before resin formation is more than that after resin formation;there are 4 kinds of the same components in the volatile oil from the leaves of two species Aquilaria sinensis;the components of essential oil from leaves of Aquilaria sinensis after resin formation are obviously complicated.
