摘要
为保障智能配电网的供电质量,提出了一种基于对等通信的分散式配电网保护与自愈控制系统方案,采用与成熟应用的单间隔差动保护配合,并辅助基于区域信息的网络拓扑保护,实现配电网故障的毫秒级隔离;采用基于对等通信和相同配置的“无主式”模式,实现百毫秒级自愈转供及与分段备自投配合的双重后备;同时针对小电源接入配电网和过载预判提出了有效的解决措施。测试表明,该系统动作行为准确,满足重要用户对配电网高可靠性供电的要求。目前该系统已在上海10kV配电线路成功应用。
In order to guarantee the quality of power supply of Smart distribution network,this paper develops a distributed protection and self-healing system of distribution network based on peer-to-peer communication.The system adopts the mature single-interval differential protection,auxiliary network topology protection,and realizes the millisecond of distribution network faults isolation. In terms of self-healing,the“no master” mode based on peer-to-peer communication and the same configuration is adopted to realize hundreds millisecond level resupply and dual backup.At the same time,effective measures are put forward to solve the problem of small power supply connected to distribution network and overload prediction.The test results show that the system is accurate and can meet the requirements of important users for high reliability power supply of distribution network.At present,the system has been successfully applied to operation in Shanghai 10kV power distribution lines.
