摘要
针对传统支持配电终端的端到端光纤通信成本和建设周期大、应用场景受限以及用户对供电可靠性要求不断提高的问题,提出了一种基于5G通信的配电网动态自适应的分布式馈线自动化方法,采用对等横向通信,以实现环网单元联络线两端及环网单元母线装置互联互通,根据无线网络通信情况动态调整配电网环网单元保护动作时限,提高配网线路保护选择性,高选择性保护启动下一级环网单元就地备自投,完成配电网线路自愈控制,提高供电可靠性。
In view of great cost and long construction period of end-to-end fiber-optic communication in support of distribution terminals,its limited application scenario,and the increasing power supply reliability demand of consumers,a distributed feeder automation method for dynamic adaptive distribution network based on 5G communication is proposed.The method uses horizontal peer-to-peer communication to interconnect both ends of the link line of the ring network unit and the bus device of the ring network unit dynamically adjusts protection action time limit according to the wireless network communication and improves selectivity of the distribution line protection.The high-selectivity protection starts local BATS of the next-level ring network unit to accomplish self-healing control and improve power supply reliability.
