摘要
目的快速康复外科护理应用于手外伤腹部皮瓣修复术的临床效果。方法 50例接受手外伤腹部皮瓣修复术的患者,随机分为A组和B组,每组25例。A组患者给予常规护理, B组患者在常规护理的基础上给予快速康复外科护理。比较两组患者的肩关节活动恢复情况、护理满意度。结果 B组患者肩关节活动恢复优良率为96.00%,高于A组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。B组患者的护理满意度为96.00%,高于A组的76.00%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论对于手外伤腹部皮瓣修复术的患者进行快速康复外科护理可有效缓解患者的疼痛症状,加快关节活动恢复速度,提高患者的护理满意度,值得在临床上推广和应用。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing in the repair of abdominal skin flaps of hand trauma. Methods A total of 50 patients receiving repair of abdominal skin flaps of hand trauma were randomly divided into group A and group B, with 25 cases in each group. Group A received conventional nursing, and group B received rapid rehabilitation surgical nursing on the basis of conventional nursing. The recovery of shoulder joint activity and nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared.Results Group B had higher excellent rate of recovery of shoulder joint activity as 96.00% than 76.00% in group A,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Group B had higher nursing satisfaction as 96.00% than 76.00% in group A, and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusion Rapid rehabilitation surgery nursing for patients undergoing repair of abdominal skin flaps can effectively alleviate their pain symptoms, speed up the recovery of joint activity and improve their nursing satisfaction, and it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
