摘要
目的探讨血清白蛋白(ALB)、C反应蛋白(CRP)和血小板计数(PLT)与克罗恩病患者黏膜愈合状态的关系。方法选取2015年1月至2018年8月在我院治疗的克罗恩病患者47例,检测治疗前后ALB、CRP和PLT。结果47例患者中,24例达到黏膜愈合;黏膜愈合患者与未愈合患者性别、年龄、CDAI评分、病变部位比较差异无统计学意义(P>0. 05);黏膜愈合患者治疗后ALB为(40. 01±4. 29) g/L,明显高于黏膜未愈合患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05);而CRP和PLT分别为(3. 08±1. 84) mg/L和(281. 65±98. 46)×109/L,明显低于黏膜未愈合患者,差异有统计学意义(P <0. 05);治疗前后ALB和CRP变化值预测黏膜愈合的ROC曲线下面积分别为0. 766和0. 897(P <0. 05)。结论血清ALB、CRP和PLT水平变化与克罗恩病患者黏膜愈合有一定关系,其中ALB和CRP变化值在判断黏膜愈合方面有一定价值,值得临床使用。
Objective To investigate the relationship between serum albumin( ALB),c-reactive protein( CRP) and platelet count( PLT) and mucosal healing in patients with Crohn’s disease.Methods A total of 47 patients with Crohn’s disease who were treated in our hospital from January 2015 to August 2018 were selected to detect ALB,CRP and PLT before and after treatment.Results Mucous membrane healing was achieved in 24 of the 47 patients.There was no significant difference in gender,age,CDAI score and lesion site between patients with and without mucosal healing(P>0. 05). ALB of patients with mucosal healing was( 40. 01±4. 29) g/L after treatment,significantly higher than that of patients without mucosal healing,and the difference was statistically significant( P<0. 05).CRP and PLT were( 3. 08±1. 84) mg/L and( 281. 65±98. 46)×109/L,respectively,which were significantly lower than those of patients without mucosal healing( P<0. 05).The area under ROC curve predicted by ALB and CRP before and after treatment was 0. 766 and 0. 897,respectively( P<0. 05).Conclusion Serum ALB,CRP and PLT levels are correlated with mucosal healing in patients with Crohn’s disease. Among them,ALB and CRP have certain value in judging mucosal healing and are worthy of clinical use.
