摘要 针对小口径细长型固体火箭绝热层的打磨加工过程,采用Preston方程对其进行了理论分析,提出针对锯片铣刀打磨绝热层的磨削量公式,并在此基础上设计了绝热层打磨厚度自适应可编程控制器(PLC)控制系统,且兼具正常打磨功能和断点打磨功能。通过实际应用表明,控制系统能够实时检测抬刀气缸位移传感器数值,并与不同规格下壳体的给定位移值进行比较,调节锯片铣刀伺服电机的转速,实现绝热层打磨厚度的自适应控制,能够满足?250~800 mm规格的固体火箭绝热层的自适应打磨,提高了磨削生产效率,改善了工人作业环境。 Aiming at the grinding process of small caliber and slender solid rocket for the insulation layer,the Preston equation was used to analyze the grinding process,and a formula on grinding amount for insulation layer with circular saw blades was proposed,and a adaptive PLC control system with both normal grinding and breakpoint grinding functions was designed. The application results show that the control system can detect the value of displacement sensor that installed on the cylinder,and compared with the given displacement value,the rotation speed of the circular saw blade servo motor is adjusted to achieve the thickness of the insulation grinding layer adaptively. The .250~800 mm specifications of solid rocket insulation for adaptive grinding are met,the grinding production efficiency and the working environment for workers are improved.
