摘要
目的观察匹多莫德联合维生素AD软胶囊用于小儿反复呼吸道感染治疗的效果及免疫功能.方法临床资料采集该院2017年10月—2018年10月儿科呼吸内科诊治的80例RRTI患儿,按不同治疗方案分2组,每组40例,对照组服用匹多莫德治疗,观察组在其基础服用维生素AD软胶囊治疗,比较两组疗效及免疫功能、不良反应.结果观察组治疗3个月总有效率95.00%相比对照组80.00%较高(x^2=4.1143,P<0.05);两组治疗后CD3^+、CD4^+、CD8^+、CD4^+/CD8^+水平均比治疗前有所改善(P<0.05),但观察组治疗后CD3^+(63.21±5.78)%、CD4^+(43.72±2.98)%、CD8^+(27.65±1.22)%、CD4^+/CD8^+(1.59±0.19)水平改善幅度比对照组大(t=3.9994,2.6748,5.4833,3.8975,P<0.05).结论匹多莫德联合维生素AD软胶囊用于小儿反复呼吸道感染治疗的效果显著,能控制呼吸道感染发作,进一步改善机体免疫功能,且无严重不良反应.
Objective To observe the effect and immune function of pidotimod combined with vitamin AD soft capsules in the treatment of children with repeated respiratory infections. Methods Clinical data were collected from 80 children with RRTI in our department of pediatric respiratory medicine from October 2017 to October 2018. According to different treatment plans, they were divided into 2 groups, 40 cases in each group. The control group was treated with pidotimod. On this basis, the observation group took vitamin AD soft capsule treatment. Efficacy, immune function and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 95.00% at 3 months, which was higher than that in the control group (80.00%)(χ^2=4.114 3,P<0.05). The levels of CD3^+, CD4^+, CD8^+ and CD4^+/CD8^+ were improved after treatment in both groups (P<0.05). But the improvement of CD3^+(63.21±5.78)%, CD4^+(43.72±2.98)%, CD8^+(27.65±1.22)%, CD4^+/CD8^+(1.59±0.19) in the observation group was larger than that of the control group (t=3.999 4, 2.674 8, 5.483 3, 3.897 5,P<0.05). Conclusion Pidotimod combined with vitamin AD soft capsule is effective in the treatment of children with repeated respiratory infections. It can control the onset of respiratory infections and further improve the immune function of the body without serious adverse reactions.
