摘要
目的:探讨诺卡菌感染的用药,描述药师视角下的用药诊治。方法:回顾和分析4例星形诺卡菌感染确诊患者的临床资料。结果:患者的诊治在药师的介入下预后良好。结论:药师优化药物治疗方案而保证患者预后是一个严谨的过程。
Objective: To investigate the drug use of Nocardia infection, and to describe the diagnosis and treatment of drugs from the perspective of pharmacists. Methods: The clinical data of 4 confirmed patients with Nocardia infection were reviewed and analyzed. Results: The diagnosis and treatment of patients, with the intervention of pharmacists, the prognosis is good.Conclusion: It is a rigorous process for pharmacists to optimize drug treatment and ensure patient prognosis.
