摘要
近年来,我国来华医学留学研究生教育规模持续扩大,提升来华医学留学研究生的科研素养,是保证留学研究生教育的基础和核心。针对来华医学留学研究生科研素养较低的现象,立足于服务、协同、创新、开放的发展理念,提出一系列措施,以期在教育国际化背景下,健全以科研素养为核心的质量保障体系,进一步推进我国来华医学留学研究生教育事业的发展。
As the scale of international medical graduate education in China has been continually expanding in recent years, improving the research literacy of the international students is the key to ensuring the quality of medical education. Focused on the relatively low research literacy amongst international postgraduates studying in China, and based on the initiatives of service, collaboration, innovation and open-minded, this paper recommends a series of measures to improve the scientific research literacy,the core of the quality assurance system, and to further promote the development of the international medical graduate education in China in the context of internationalization of education.
