摘要
破坏性创新理论为后发企业追赶提供了跨越式发展途径。通过对后发企业追赶和破坏性创新理论相关文献的梳理,基于后发企业视角重新阐释破坏性创新内涵,从内部组织和外部市场、技术及政策的多维角度整合破坏性创新影响因素,继而从破坏性创新的时机选择和路径两个方面总结后发企业破坏性创新的实现方式,探索性地构建基于后发企业视角的破坏性创新的理论框架。最后对现有研究成果进行归纳,提出高端破坏性创新、破坏性商业模式创新和破坏性创新定量研究的研究趋势。
Disruptive innovation theory provides a leap-forward approach for latecomer enterprises to catch up. Combing the literature of the latecomer enterprises catching-up and disruptive innovation theory, this paper reinterprets the connotation of disruptive innovation from the perspective of latecomer enterprises, integrates the influencing factors of disruptive innovation from the multidimensional perspective of internal organization and external market, technology and policy, summarizes the way to realize the disruptive innovation of latecomer enterprises from two aspects of timing choice and path, and then constructs a theoretical framework of disruptive innovation based on the perspective of latecomer enterprises in an exploratory way. Finally, the current research results are summarized, and the research trends of high-end disruptive innovation, disruptive business model innovation and destructive innovation quantitative research are put forward.
